The following is the flow chart of the palm oil production line. Peeling-broken-Conveyor-Roasting-Conveyor-oil press-Oil Filter machine. It can be hot pressed or cold pressed. According to your budget and plan, there will be professional staff to plan for you. Generally we recommend hot pressing for higher oil yield.
1.Sheller：Put the cleaned palm kernel in Sheller for peeling
2.broken：Put the peeled palm kernel into the crusher for crushing, which can make the material tighter and increase the oil yield
3.Screw Conveyor：Put the broken palm kernel in the Conveyor for transportation, reducing the labor time
4.Roasting：Roasting is one of the important processes in the oil production process. Because steaming can use moisture and temperature to make the oil inside the structure of phospholipids has undergone great changes, such as further destruction of cells, coagulation and denaturation of proteins, and separation of phospholipids and gossypol, and these changes are not only conducive to the easier separation of grease from oil.Easier to increase the quality of crude oil
5.Oil press:The material in the wok will be transported to the oil press for pressing
6.Oil Filter Machine：
Put the squeezed oil into the Oil Filter Machine for filtration to filter out the impurities in the oil and improve the quality of the crude oil.
Palm kernel oil contains slightly more unsaturated acids than coconut oil, so its iodine value is higher .Consumption of palm kernel oil can lower blood pressure and blood lipids, soften thin tubes, etc. Because after consuming palm kernel oil, it will absorb a large amount of fat in the human body and remove cholesterol in human blood.
Palm fruits through elevator and conveyors, enters into upper steaming boiler of oil press machine.
Stirring and heating with steam to destroy the emulsified state forming from oil and water, wherein the coagulation protein denaturation and to reduce the viscosity of the oil for further convenience of palm oil pressing process.
Digesting temperature keeps at 95-100℃ about 20 minutes.
Palm fruit after digesting enters into oil expeller for palm oil pressing.
After bunch reception, bunch sterilizing, threshing and digesting, the palm fruits are pressed into a screw palm oil press. Mixture of oil and cake will be extracted by use of palm oil press machine. Besides, nuts and fibre or press cake will also be discharged as palm oil pressing residues.
